Oversees all corporate and client administrative projects and needs. Kateryna has 13 years of administration and business operations experience, with a focus on real estate.

PROPERTY & SUSTAINABILITY MANAGER

Assists in overseeing financial activity and operations for Entrivis Asset Services’ portfolio of managed assets. William is primarily focused on optimizing asset value through property, project, and sustainability management.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT - WESTERN U.S MARKET

Jack has over 6 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry. He owns and manages 26 units of single family and multi family assets. Jack is also a licensed real estate broker, property wholesaler, and assists in affordable housing development.

Shawn has over 20 years of Executive and Operational experience leading Asset, Facilities, Project, and Financial Management, along with Acquisition / Disposition, Portfolio Strategy, Economic Development, Procurement, and Transaction Management, across multiple commercial asset classes.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT - SOUTH CAROLINA & GEORGIA MARKETS

Amy has been in the industry for more than 35 years and has worked with and for many renowned and reputable organizations – including private equity, Fortune 500, and public sector. Amy specializes in execution of strategy and operations. She has been responsible for development, operations, asset management and workouts for more than $3B of office, mixed-use, hospitality and resort-residential assets during her career.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT - SOUTHWESTERN U.S. MARKET

Farrah has over 17 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate Industry. She holds industry designations as a Real Property Administrator and Certified Property Manager. She has managed a diverse set of portfolios over her career with assets including Mixed Use, Self-Storage, Retail and Office.

STRATEGIC ADVISOR

Provides tactical and strategic financial and tax matters advisement to Entrivis Asset Services with a focus on assisting the CEO with driving long-term growth and identifying opportunities for improvement of all Entrivis Asset Services deliverables. Rob has been the Chief Financial Officer of numerous verticals within CA Ventures since 2017. Prior to joining CA in 2017, Robert spent 13 years in public accounting at Deloitte Tax, LLP.
